Naughty or Nice Buche de Noel

This limited edition, is sure to please the crowds. Layers of Chocolate mousse, Christmas spiced cremeux, orange marmalade and charcoal sponge make this buche a work of art. Inspired by christmas stories from my dad where naughty kids had a piece of charcoal and nice kid an orange for Christmas.
 Only 13 of these, as an ode to the 13 dessert served in Provence, will be made making them a one of kind at your dinner table.
